Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid his respects at Punjab’s Ber Sahib Gurudwara and also inaugurated the Kartarpur corridor on Saturday three days before 550th birth anniversary Guru Nanak Dev on November 12. PM Modi also thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan for the speedy development of the corridor.

The Corridor will facilitate visa-free movement of Indian pilgrims between Dera Baba Nanak Sahib in India and Gurudwara Darbar Sahib in Pakistan. However, the pilgrims travelling to the shrine in Kartarput will be required to pay $20 as a fee.
