Amidst the protest and tensions that are going on in the country against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi has launched a campaign in its support.
PM’s Twitter handle by the name narendramodi_in posted a tweet with #IndiaSupportsCAA. The Tweet read that CAA is all about giving citizenship to the persecuted refugees.

The tweet by PM further says that the CAA has nothing to do with the citizens of India and is only for those who are refugees.
