Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met one of the 2019’s Economics Nobel Prize Winner, Abhijit Banerjee. Post the meeting, Dr Banerjee, 58, revealed that Prime Minister talked about his way of thinking about India. “The PM was kind enough to give me quite a lot of time and to talk a lot about his way of thinking about India,” Abhijit said.

Dr Banerjee had earlier stated that he had worked in Gujarat when PM Modi was the Chief Minister of the state and had an “excellent experience”. PM Modi, on the other hand shared a picture from the meeting on Twitter. ” India is proud of his accomplishments,” wrote the PM.
