Pokémon Go November’s Community Day will feature – Chimchar 
the Fire-type Pokémon from Generation 4.
The Community Day will is scheduled to begin from November 16, from 11 AM till 2 PM, Local Time. During this window, Chimchar will spawn much more frequently, and players will have an increased chance to catch its shiny form.
If you can evolve your Chimchar up to two hours after the Community Day ends, your Infernape will learn a special event-exclusive move. The exclusive move isn’t announced yet. The Community Day exclusive move is likely to be Blast Burn, a powerful Fire-type charged move that was featured in the Community Days for Charizard, Typhlosion, and Blaziken.
Shiny Chimchar, Monferno and Infernape will also be released during the November Community Day. As with all previous Community Days, players will benefit from increased shiny Chimchar during the event.

Get out and play together in your local community parks on Pokémon GO Community Day. For just a few hours each month, you can encounter a special Pokémon in the wild. During these hours, there’s a chance to learn a previously unavailable move for that Pokémon or its Evolution, as well as earn some Community Day bonuses. Celebrate what it means to be a part of the Pokémon GO community and make new friends along the way!
Note: Fast TMs and Charged TMs will not grant exclusive moves during Community Day. To learn the exclusive move, you must catch or evolve the featured Pokémon during Community Day hours.

● Saturday, November 16 from 11 am to 2 pm in your local time
Event Features
● Chimchar will appear more frequently in the wild.
● Shiny Chimchar will appear for the first time, and with a higher frequency than other shiny Pokemon for the duration of the event.
● Any Infernape evolved from Chimchar during the event hours will know an as-yet-unannounced exclusive move (You cannot use TMs to learn Exclusive Moves).
● Special Field Research will appear related to Chimchar and its evolutions.
