BJP MP from Bhopal Pragya Thakur aka Sadhvi Pragya was removed from the defense panel following her remarks on Gandhiji’s murderer Nathuram Godse in the Loksabha.

Sadhvi who referred Godse as “Deshbhakt” is also barred by his party from attending all Parliamentary Party meetings for the rest of the winter session. She tweeted in her defense and said that her remarks was misquoted.

Pragya has a habit of giving such controversial statements that are backed by staunch right-wing beliefs of Hindutva.
