PM Modi on Thursday tweeted, ” At 9 AM tomorrow morning, I’ll share a small video message with my fellow Indians“. Unlike the usual 8:00 PM address, this would come at 9:00 AM in the morning. It’s highly obvious that the PM would share something related to the pandemic with the citizens.
