Ace Indian shuttler PV Sindhu got a bit cryptic with her social media post on Monday and honestly, the blues were on us when she confused many to think she is bidding adieu to badminton.

The Hyderabadi shuttler, in a post she shared on Twitter, wrote about how the Denmark Open was ‘the final straw and she has decided to retire’. The post has gone viral on social media ever since.
However, as you go on to read the post, Sindhu mentions what she actually has retired from. She writes about the coronavirus pandemic and how it has impacted her. And closes the post with a twist.
Sindhu adds in the post that today, “Today I choose to retire from this current sense of unrest. I retire from this negativity,” she wrote, before admitting that she may have given readers “a mini heart attack”. Duh!!

Surely as the post went viral and people realised that she has not actually retired, they came up with hilarious memes besides wishing PV the best of health and all the best for her future endeavours.
