In a piece of exciting news, Reliance Jio users can now recharge their Jio mobile numbers at ATMs across the country. The initiative is a part of Jio’s Covid-19 efforts. The information was shared by Jio on Twitter with steps explaining how the whole recharge via ATM thing will work.
As of now, the people can recharge their Jio numbers at ATMs of State Bank of India, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, CitiBank, DCB Bank, AUF Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.

The move is helpful for the ones who want to recharge their phones but can’t as shops are closed due to the 21-days lockdown in the country.
Here’s How You Can Recharge Your Jio Number Via ATM
Any Jio user first needs to enter the ATM card in the ATM machine and click on the recharge option. Then the user will be asked to enter their mobile number. Once done, you will then have to enter the ATM pin.

A user will then have to enter the amount they want to get their number recharged with. This means it is a must for a person to be aware of what plan they need so that they can enter the right plan amount in the ATM.
Once you have entered the amount, a message will flash on the screen notifying whether the transaction was successful or has failed. If successful, you will also get an SMS from Jio confirming the same.
