Back in 2016, Japanese comedian and DJ, Kosaka Daimao made a song about pineapples, apples and pens. And we are damn sure you remember it. The bizarre video garnered millions of views and was on everybody’s tongue for the majority of the year. And if you still can’t recall what I am talking about, then here is the video that will help you.
The news, however, is that the comedian named Daimaou is back with a new song. And this time, Daimaou has used Piko-Taro, a character created by him, to educate the masses on how to keep the infection at bay by simply washing their hands.

Released on April 4, the song uses the same tunes as the pineapple pen song does and the lyrics this time are straight forward and make complete sense.
“I made this in a hurry for Smile and Safe hands! Wash it! Smile! Protect it! Come on, people, let’s Wash! Wash! Wash!,” Daimaou wrote in the caption describing the video.
The song goes something like this:
I have a hand
I have a soap
uh!wash!wash!wash!wash!wash!
I have a soap
I have a hand
uh!wash!wash!wash!wash!wash!
Clean hand Clean hand
uh!

Maintaining personal hygiene and washing your hands regularly has been recommended by the WHO to keep coronavirus at bay and the comedian is sharing the same lessons with us.
Netizens seem to be really enjoying the video.
