A group of 5 Supreme Court lawyers on Friday refuted the reports circulating on media about Muslim side giving up its claim over land in Ayodhya.
The hearings on the decades-long Ayodhya issue were wrapped on Wednesday and the decision was kept reserved by the Supreme Court. The judgment in the case is expected before the retirement of CJI Gogoi next month.

Parties engaged in the mediation told the media that a settlement had been filed in the Supreme Court on Wednesday.
