Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was recently grilled for three hours by the Mumbai Police in relation to Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide. In the investigation, he was also aksed whey did he replace SSR in as many as four movies to which he said that Sushant had other commitments.
Over the days, the Mumbai police have recorded the statements of many celebs from the B-town trying to find a hint of professional rivalry that could have been the reason for Sushant to take such a step.

During the questioning with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the police inquired into the actor’s contracts with production houses and also projects that were shelved. Bhansali told the police that Sushant Singh Rajput’s dates were not available for his projects, so the roles were offered to other actors.
The investigation has been ordered by the Maharashtra government. Security footage of the building, where Sushant Singh Rajput lived, is also being examined. There were no CCTVs in his apartment.
The objects in his room have also been sent for a forensic checkup and the report is awaited.

Sushant Singh Rajput died of suicide on June 14 in his Bandra apartment in Mumbai. Sources say he was depressed and several hints that he was also being sided by the film industry.
