Last month turned out to be a disaster for the family, friends and fans of Sidhu Moose Wala, as the Punjabi music artist and politician was killed in the daylight while driving near his village, Mansa, Punjab. Just after the day his security was removed by the Punjab Police he was shot dead by the unknown attackers who fired multiple rounds at his front side of the car. Later Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang with Goldy Brar announced that they are responsible behind this murder conspiracy.

Latest song ‘SYL’, released following Moose Wala’s death attracted over lakhs of views just after being released for 30 minutes only. With 2.7 Cr views in just three days it was removed from YouTube
Reason of his song being removed from the video sharing platform is a legal Government Complaint and now it is not available to watch in India. As the name sounds ‘SYL’, his song mentions the Satluj Yamuna Link canal which is under construction between Haryana and Punjab, and has been a topic of heated debate between two states for years now. There are also some tragic incidents mentioned in the song including Sikh riots of 1984, undivided Punjab and water dispute in the state and many other issues.
Fans of Moose Wala raged over the ban of his song and are questioning freedom of speech.
