WhatsApp is evolving itself again and again for the sake of its users to grant them a communication-friendly digital interface having the capability of expressing the emotions of messenger and receiver to the best. Until now, WhatsApp has allowed us to communicate in different forms like reacting to messages with emojis having a variety of emotions, talking to multiple individuals at once with group chats, sending the same message to hundreds of people at once through broadcasting, sending, and receiving audio, video and document files and much more. And now, WhatsApp is even introducing polls in group chats.
WhatsApp To Soon Bring Polls In Group Chats
WABetaInfo is tracking this update for months now.
The news has caught up the wind that WhatsApp is bringing polls to group chats. Until now work has always been behind the scenes but the application’s recent beta release has unraveled the details of how the polling feature will work in WhatsApp group chats.
“This past spring we got our first peek at this in-development poll-creation interface, letting you pose a question and offer up to 12 options for answers”, mentioned android police.
“ WABetaInfo was initially only able to access that screen with some manual hacking, but now reports that the new 2.22.10.11 beta of WhatsApp for Android reveals how we’ll most likely ultimately access that menu. The option to create a poll appears as the seventh option on the chat action sheet accessible by tapping the paperclip icon in the WhatsApp message box”, further added.
At the time of its official release, with this feature, we will likely have significant changes in the interface, but we are expecting to get something very similar to iOS and desktop. Implementing this feature into the UI will likely be very similar to that of “attaching media, a location pin, or a document.”

Few Lucky WhatsApp Users Can Now Hide Their Online Status
“Platforms that allow communities and large groups to interact, including Instagram, Telegram, and Twitter, have had similar polling features for years now. WhatsApp’s implementation is still a work in progress hidden away from beta testers, and specifics could change during testing ahead of its worldwide release — whenever that happens”, mentioned android police.
