The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday ordered a CBI inquiry on Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case owing speculations of it being a murder and not a suicide.
In its order on Wednesday, the Supreme court must have considered not only the proofs but also the unofficial pleas of millions of people from across the world who want justice for Sushant Singh Rajput.
The order is also a tight slap for the Maharashtra government, which is being suspected to be involved in the case in some way or the other. The allegations are that the government and Maharatsra police together are trying to cover a foul play and thus have not been in support of a CBI inquiry.
Shiv Sena had even accused Sushant Singh Rajput’s father alleging that Sushant was not happy with his father’s second marriage and things were not right in between them.

The Mumbai Police said it was suicide and has been investigating allegations that he was suffering from depression and had felt slighted by film industry insiders and cliques.
However, after a month into the actor’s death, Sushant Singh’s father filed a case against his son’s 28-year-old girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her family of cheating him financially and mentally harassing him.
The complaint was filed to Bihar police that led to investigations by the CBI and Enforcement Directorate. Thereafter, ED has questioned Rhea multiple times and also er brother, manager and others involved in the case.
Moments after the Supreme Court order, Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti, who had been campaigning for a CBI investigation, tweeted: “Thank you God! You have answered our prayers!! But it is just the beginning… the first step towards the truth! Full faith on CBI!!”
Justice for Sushant.
