Ajay Devgan’s 100th appearance on silver screen couldn’t have been much satisfying. His movie Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is racing towards the 200 Crore club in its two week run so far. The movie would be Devgan’s 2nd 200 crore hit after Golmaal Again.
As of Tuesday, the movie has reported to garnered a healthy INR 183.34 Crores under its kitty. The call for protest against Deepika’s Chhapaak seems so have also added to the film’s success as despite no big release last week the movie found it difficult to cross the 50 Crore mark.

Directed by Om Raut, Tanhaji is based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, the military leader of Chhatrapati Shivaji. The movie is Kajol’s first appearance in a period drama.
