Remember the cute old lady during the last year’s cricket World Cup who was clicked with Indian skipper Virat Kohli blessing him luck for the next game? India’s octogenarian fan “Charulata Patel ” passed away at the age of 87.
The lady was all enthusiastic as a young child seen blowing trumpet and painting her face in tricolor as she sat in the crowd on her wheelchair to support team India. Showing a great gesture Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma went to the lady after the match against Bangladesh and invited her for India’s matches.
The BCCI and the social media send in there condolence to the family and many shared her famous picture with Kohli on social media. Charulata said during an interview that she liked the game but never got time to visit the stadium and watch it live.
