After the horrifying attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team that took place during the 2009 Sri Lanka’s tour of Pakistan the International Test cricket is all set to return to the land of “fast bowlers”. Interestingly the visitors this time around are the same.

The Sri Lankan Cricket team arrived in Pakistan on Monday amidst high-security arrangements. The visiting team has been granted the status of “state guest” by the Pakistani government.

Sri Lanka would play two tests at Rawalpindi and Karachi from 11 to 15 December and 19 to 23 December respectively as a part of the World Test Championship.
