The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology’s Common Services Center (CSC) plan has established a dedicated WhatsApp hotline named ‘CSC Health Services Helpdesk’ to offer teleconsultation options for persons in rural and distant sections of the nation. The WhatsApp helpdesk is intended to make it simple for consumers to obtain assistance from the administration, consult with physicians, access a variety of Covid-related materials, and get their questions answered.
How to get in touch with the CSC Health Services Helpdesk through WhatsApp:
The CSC Health Services Helpdesk on WhatsApp will be accessible in Hindi and English and will be free to use. WhatsApp users may reach the helpdesk by sending a ‘Hi’ message to the number +917290055552 and selecting the choices to be connected to a doctor.
The helpdesk, according to CSC, was created as a crucial and readily accessible extension of the company’s mission of delivering healthcare services via socially, fiscally, and technologically inclusive channels. It says that the WhatsApp helpdesk would direct users to the proper doctor according to their unique health needs in both general and Covid-19-related sectors.
