The emoji maker, Unicode Consortium, has revealed 117 new emojis for 2020 to make your conversations more lively and better. The new set of emojis ranges from thong sandal to pinched fingers known as the “Italian hand gesture” (which Indians often use to call out dogs).
The best part about the new batch of the emojis is the inclusion of trans flag and symbol. The proposal to add the two was last year backed by Google and Microsoft.

“We believe that adding an emoji illustrative to our life experiences isn’t just about creating technology that should be accessible to everyone — it’s about fostering culture that is inclusive of users around world,” tech giants had said.
Another notable addition to the 2020 emojis list are the realistic looking heart and lung emoji, man and woman feeding a child emojis, a Tom and Jerry inspired mousetrap and so much more.
