Christmas is an event to celebrate joy and happiness. And keeping that tradition up the historic Christ Church in Shimla would ring its worship call bell after 35 years to fill the residents of Shimla with nostalgia this Christmas.
The 150 years old worship call bell in the Church was dysfunctional from the past 35 years. A city resident and retired Mechanical Engineer Victor Den took it upon himself to get it done.

After 20 days of hard labor Den was able to bring back the historic church bell to function. The Christ Church in Shimal was built in 1857 and is one of the oldest Church in India.
