  1. These laws are very uncivilised. Motorists may be doing mistakes unknowingly. But Dispensation of the people ,by the people and for the people should not take undue advantage of resorting to rip offs in the name of fines followed by bribes etc
    .Already people are regretting for having born in this hopeless corrupt country and many lucky ones have migrated to civil societies in other Countries. Less have not are stuck in this tyranny of various laws and resultant loss of money peace and honour
