The trailer of one of the much-awaited biopic of 2020 was out on Wednesday. The Vidya Balan starrer biopic of India’s amazing lady also known as the ‘Human Computer’ Shakuntala Devi would be releasing at the end of this month. With no cinemas opened and digital being the new way this movie would also release on the OTT platform.
After Gulabo Sitabo Amazon Prime is ready for yet another Bollywood release in face of this biopic on 31st July. The trailer showed that the movie would be a little more than just a regular biopic. It shows us the glimpses of some strain in Shakuntala Devi and her daughter’s relation where her daughter says in one scene that why she couldn’t be just like any other normal mom?
To this Shakuntaldevi responds by saying why to be normal when you can be amazing. Thus, a dose of family drama in the biopic with a ‘Bindass’ side to the legendary lady is something that you can expect from the movie by the look of its trailer. The role of the daughter is being played by Dangal fame actress Sanya Malhotra. The movie would also star Jisshu Sengupta and Amit Sadh in pivot roles and is directed by Anu Menon.

The movie would essay Shakuntala Devi’s talent earning her entry in the 1982 edition of The Guinness Book of World Records. The trailer of the movie also ends with a mathematical twist as Vidya gives the answer of the questions as “31072020” and announces that the film will release on July 31 (31/07/2020).
