The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has unquestionably changed how everyday transactions are conducted. Previously, everyone carried cash, but these days, all you need is a cell phone. UPI makes it possible to send money to someone or buy groceries in a matter of seconds. A UPI ID or registered cellphone number is all you need.
However, a four- or six-digit UPI PIN must be entered for each UPI transaction, ensuring that the correct person is making the payment. This PIN has historically been created via a debit card; however, an Aadhaar card is now an alternative.
Remarkably few individuals are aware that the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) provides two ways to create a UPI PIN: utilising an Aadhaar card or the conventional debit card approach. To set your PIN without a debit card, follow these steps.
Essential Requirements For Setting A UPI PIN Via Aadhaar
