Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has promised to help a fan and her mother, who claim that they are the victims of domestic abuse.
Varun Dhawan is being appreciated for his kind and empathetic gesture after promising to offer help to a fan who says she is facing domestic abuse. The girl runs a fan page for the actor on Twitter. The girl recently tagged Varun on Twitter and posted about the abuse that she and her mother are facing. She has accused her father of not letting them have food, having an extramarital affair has also claimed that his father is involved in illegal activities. The actor has replied to her tweets.
Varun Dhawan Promises To Help Her Fan
The tweet goes as, “Respected Sir, I have been beaten and abused by my father several times. He abuses me and my mother every single day. He, for days doesn’t let me eat food, also threatens us by using curse words and abusive language. (1/6) (sic).” She further wrote, “My father has been keeping alcohol and drinks illegally in the house and this had been going on for years. He’s had extra marital affairs and has been cheating on my mother. We once have had complained against him but the police left him after few hours. (2/6) (sic).”
Post this, Varun replied, “This is an extremely serious matter and if this is true I will help will u and speak to the authorities (sic).”The Badlapur actor’s response is winning hearts over social media. The girl has also tagged Gujarat Police in her tweets. After hearing from Varun, the girl thanked him for help. She wrote, “Thank you so much Vede. I’ll forever be grateful to you.”
Varun’s upcoming multi-starrer family drama JugJugg Jeeyo is all set to be launched in theaters on June 24, 2022. Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor will also be seen in the film.
