A chilling mobile video of 100s of people surrounding a group of policemen and hurling stones at them on Day 2 of Delhi riots has made it to the internet. The video has been shot in Delhi’s Chand Bagh, one of the epicenters of Delhi riots, as per a report by NDTV.
The police get subjected to mob violence in two phases on day 2. First when 100s of people surrounded them and hurl stones at them at secondly when a group of policemen is cornered and beaten by the mob. The mob then overruns the police and beat them with sticks and stones.

The video is a tight slap on the cheeks of the people claiming that police didn’t do anything when the mob tattered Delhi.
Due to the unclarity of the video, senior police officers Amit Sharma and Anuj Sharma, and head constable Ratan Lal cannot be seen in the video. Howevere, they were present in the area and Ratan Lal was killed on the same day.
The group of policemen had gone to Chand Bagh to hold talks with the protesters protesting against CAA. However, clearly the protesters crossed lines shaming the Tricolour they can be seen carrying in the video.

In the video, some women are seen throwing stones at the policemen.
