Violence Outside Arvind Kejriwal’s House
BJP members protested against the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal due to his comment made for the controversial movie ‘The Kashmir Files’ today. BJP members quarrelled with police today outside CM Arvind Kejriwal’s house. The ruling party’s leaders have accused Mr Kejriwal of ridiculing the ‘genocide’ of Kashmiri Hindus as shown in Vivek Agnihotri’s movie. Just after the attack AAP leader Manish Sisodia while addressing the media claimed that BJP was trying to kill Mr Arvind Kejriwal as they cannot defeat them fair and square in elections. He further states that this is not a political incident it is a criminal case.
The statement goes as, “Today, BJP’s goons reached Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s house in the presence of the police. They aren’t able to defeat him in elections so they want to kill him.”
AAP Leaders Tweeted
Many senior leaders of AAP have accused the Delhi Police of promoting this violent incident by allowing the BJP leaders to reach Arvind Kejriwal’s house.

Statement By Police
A statement released by Police said, “At around 1 pm, some of the protestors breached two barricades and reached outside CM House where they created ruckus, shouted slogans etc. They were carrying a small box of paint from which they threw paint outside the door. In the imbroglio, a boom barrier arm is also found vandalised as also a CCTV camera.”
Reason Of Protest
Today’s violent incident had taken place because of a comment Mr Kejriwal had made while laughing and thumping the desk in Delhi Assembly. When BJP demanded to make The Kashmir Files tax free in Delhi, the CM said ‘they should upload this movie on famous video-sharing platform YouTube for free.
The statement goes as, “They are saying make The Kashmir Files tax-free. Well, put it on YouTube it will be free.”
