The Central Board of Direct Tax (CBDT) has given a last warning to all Indian citizens to link their PAN cards to their Aadhaar to streamline financial transactions and results in avoiding tax evasion. The Indian government has requested all taxpayers to comply with this rule. If the PAN card is not connected by the expiration date, it will no longer be functional to commence all financial operations.
