The rumors for the relaunch of PUBG Mobile in India have taken a surprise turn when certain instances show that Krafton may plan to relaunch the game in India. Therefore, many people believe that the Indian version of PUBG Mobile will call Battlegrounds Mobile India. In all these rumors and expectations there is no issues announcement for the launch date.
As per the Sportskeeda report, citing YouTuber Maxtern, PUBG Mobile of India version may release as Battlegrounds Mobile India till the end of May or June. He also said that if this happens then the hype surrounding the game will die. Because it has been more than five months since Krafton teased the launch of PUBG Mobile in India, the Indian version of PUBG Mobile after the government banned the regular version in 2020. However, Krafton, the owner of PUBG IP, is in a stalemate with the Indian government for the relaunch.

This time people are more convinced as the name has changed from PUBG Mobile India to Battlegrounds Mobile India. Additionally, the teaser video and social properties are planning for the best way to introduce the Battlegrounds Mobile India branding.
The PUBG Mobile of India username had changed to Battlegrounds Mobile India on Facebook. Moreover, the company has decided to delete all the posts which refer to the name “PUBG Mobile India” from Instagram as well. Currently, the official Instagram page for Indian PUBG Mobile has only one post.
