Yes, you can watch them all without any visa, passport, or a tour package. They all are here in the capital city of India. Surprised? Well, you shouldn’t be as the “Waste to Wonder” park built with the help of South Delhi Municipal Corporation is offering that experience.
While you might be wondering why it’s named “Waste to Wonder” then let me tell you that the replicas of the 7 wonders of the world that the park houses are all made from scrap metal.

As of now, the park has the replicas of the Taj Mahal, The Great Pyramid of Giza, Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Rio de Janeiro’s Christ the Redeemer, Rome’s Colosseum and New York’s Statute of Liberty.
The park located at Rajiv Gandhi Smriti Van near the Sarai Kale Khan bus terminus was opened in February this year for the general public. The idea of the park comes from a similar kind of park that is located in the Kota city of Rajasthan.

- The park is built in a record time of just 6 months
- The total area in which the park stands is 5 Acres
- In the development of the park around 150 tons of scrap was used
- 5 artists and 7 supporting artists worked on the designs and development of the replicas
- 70 welders and helpers have been used to give shape to the replicas
