WhatsApp is the most widely and commonly used messaging platform by the people for interacting with their friends and family. Although the Meta-owned software is mostly utilized as a chat platform and it is also a dependable internet calling program for many users.
The dependency of consumers on WhatsApp for calls has grown significantly over the years, and sadly, the calling experience has gone very bad for some users after installing the Android beta version. The audio during the calls got distorted, according to WABetaInfo.
Some customers also mentioned experiencing problems with video calls due to poor video quality. Closing and resuming the call did not resolve the issue. “We can finally confirm that the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.23.16.11 version is a bug-fix update that addresses the mentioned issue, so you can finally start using WhatsApp calls without experiencing this issue,” according to various reports.
Because of the Google Play Store’s auto-download settings, several users noticed that the update was installed automatically.
Last week, the messaging platform issued a bug-fix update to solve a problem with sorting chats on Android beta users. When a new message is received, the platform does not refresh the chat list, and the discussion with the most recent message does not come to the top of the conversation list.
