- Events Just Got an Upgrade: You can now create events not just in groups but in 1:1 chats too! Plus, you can RSVP as “maybe”, bring a +1, set an end time, and pin the event in the chat.
- Quick Tap Reactions: Want to +1 a message without typing? Just tap on a reaction you like from the list and send it instantly.
- Scan Documents on iPhone: iPhone users can now scan and send documents right from WhatsApp! Just tap ‘Scan document’ from the attachment menu, and you’re good to go.
- Set WhatsApp as Default App on iPhone: With the latest iOS update, you can now make WhatsApp your default messaging and calling app. Just head to Settings > Default Apps and switch it over.

- Voice Message Transcripts in Channels: On the go and can’t listen to an update? Now, get auto-transcribed voice messages so you don’t miss a thing.
- Share Channels with a QR Code: Admins can now create a scannable QR code to make it easier to promote their Channel and grow their audience.
