WhatsApp with its new update added a new feature that will now allow WhatsApp users to look after and manage the contacts from their application. WhatsApp users can edit and add their contacts without leaving the application.
This new feature is now only available to selected beta testers’ versions of meta-owned instant messaging applications. According to the WABetaInfo article, this feature will be available to many customers in the next few days.
The new WhatsApp feature will help its users in checking the availability of the new feature on their phones by just clicking the contact list within WhatsApp and selecting the “New Contact” option.
If WhatsApp users are able to see the “New contact” option, it automatically means that the feature is now available and active. The users can now add their contacts without leaving or exiting the WhatsApp application.
In addition, WhatsApp users can add various unknown numbers to their contact lists, when they are trying to reach people on WhatsApp without the difficulty of switching applications.
The instant messaging application, WhatsApp is rumored to be working on a new feature allowing users to upload their status changes to Facebook stories without leaving the app.
Previously, users could contribute status updates to Facebook stories, but they had to do so manually each time they posted something new.
However, with this upcoming new feature, the procedure may now be automatic for specific status updates that users select when the option is activated.
