To do this, users must download WhatsApp on their new phone, register with the same phone number, and scan the QR code displayed on the new device using their old phone to complete the transfer.
The Silence Unknown Callers feature enhances privacy and control over incoming calls. This feature automatically filters out spam, scams, and calls from unknown contacts when activated. Instead of ringing with notifications, these calls are logged in the call log, allowing users to review them later in case any important calls were missed.
