After rolling out features like fingerprint unlock for WhatsApp and consecutive voice messages, the Facebook-owned messaging app is now working on yet another impressive feature namely – disappearing messages.
As per WABetaInfo, the feature, when enabled, as it sounds, will automatically make messages/conversations go disappear. This gives users relief from scrolling, finding and then deleting a conversation among all their WhatsApp conversations. The idea behind disappearing messages is to let users clear the clutter (unwanted chats) after a certain time period.
The company will add a ‘disappearing messages’ option to your WhatsApp, which when clicked will ask you to choose the interval of time after which the messages would be removed.

The feature, currently, is in the development stage and there is no certainty as to when the same will roll out for the stable version for iOS and Android.
