Users will have the ability to initiate a call without calling each member of the group automatically thanks to this call link function. Rather, group participants will be able to join the call whenever it is most convenient for them. According to the study, this change is anticipated to improve the group calls feature’s flexibility and use.
Currently, the software rings every group member for incoming calls anytime you make a call to them. This strategy is currently undergoing a significant update.
Although the app has been providing call connections for the past two years, the next version will enhance this feature and allow users to directly create and share links within group discussions, making it easier and more efficient for users to start group calls within the app.
All members of that WhatsApp group will be able to join the call with a single touch after the call link has been shared with them. Notifying the group members by ring will not be necessary in this case.
The newest functionality will be quite helpful, particularly for foreign groups that accommodate various time zones and availability, as well as those WhatsApp groups with a large member list. This will make it easier and simpler for all users to arrange calls.
