Man in Delhi Police custody Lawrence Bishnoi has confessed that his gang members were responsible for the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
As per the statement provided by officials on Friday, Bishnoi has asserted to the police that his gang members including Goldy Brar, a Canada based gangster devised a plot to kill the singer.
Rivalry Between Bishnoi And The Singer
As per them, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi currently in the custody of Delhi Police has claimed that Sidhu Moose Wala was the part of the conspiracy in which Akali Dal youth leader Vikramjit Singh was killed on August 7, 2021. That resulted in the rivalry between him and Moose Wala. Officials also asserted that Bishnoi is not cooperating with the investigation and is resisting exposing the names of his gang members who were the real minds behind the killings.
Today, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann also reached Sidhu Moose Wala’s house. Heavy security was deployed outside the residence when CM visited to convey his condolences to the grieving family.
Famous singer and a well-known politician, 28-year-old Sidhu was shot multiple times by some anonymous attackers in the Mansa district of Punjab. The Incident took place on Sunday just a day after the security withdrew by the Punjab Police. His cousin and a friend also got injured who were travelling with him.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi
Lawrence Bishnoi, born on February 12, 1993, first emerged as a student leader. He’s an ex-student of DAV College, Chandigarh and became a member of the student organisation for Punjab University (SOPU) in around 2011. Then, very soon his name started to come up in the vehicle lifting and extortion cases in Firozpur, his hometown.
He is booked in several cases across multiple states including Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Delhi. Very soon after meeting with “Punjab-based gangster Amandeep Singh (Happy) Deora” he entered into the dark world of crime. Many say that Bishnoi gang is a group of 700 members including sharpshooters.
