Reason For A Nationwide strike

SBI states that Indian Banks Association (IBA) quoted that a two day strike will be held on March 28th & 29th by the bank union. To protest against the privatisation of public sector banks and Bank Law Amendment Bill-2021 a nationwide strike is being proposed.

“All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA), All India Bank Officers Association (AIBOA) and Bank Employees Federation of India (BEFI)” has given the notice to go on the two strikes which is going to result in four consecutive days of bank holiday.
