This incident took place in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad. A 12th Class student of Muradnagar private school shot at his commerce teacher on Saturday. The CCTV footage shows that the bullet missing the teacher.
The above image shows the complete scenario. However, police said that the student and his two friends were waiting for Sachin Tyagi (their commerce teacher), outside the main gate of Krishna Vidya Niketan school and attacked him after the classes.

Mr Tyagi is a resident of Saraswati Vihar in Delhi. He was taking the class as usual and the student found misbehaving with others. The teacher not only scolded him but also asked him to leave the class. After the school was over at 1.30 pm, Tyagi was off to his home on his motorcycle when the student and two of his friends stopped him at the main gate of the school and shot a bullet.
“The accused student and two of his friends were standing around 150 meters from the gate. They stopped Mr Tyagi’s bike and fired a bullet at him,” said Iraz Raja, the Rural SP.

The officer also added to his statement that “The trio run away the spot, leaving their scooter. This incident is captured on a CCTV camera installed nearby. Interestingly, while scanning the CCTV footage, we realised that the bullet had missed the teacher.
However, Mr Tyagi reached the local police station and filed a complaint against three of the students. Based on his complaint, the Police have lodged FIR against them under IPC Section 307. Also, Police have seized the student’s scooter left behind at the incident spot.
Mr Raza said to his statement, “we are certain that the bullet shot has been fired at the teacher, but not sure if it hit him or not. It appears that the teacher marked the injury himself.
