Applying for an HSRP? Here’s How to Do It Online and Offline
The Indian government is doing all in its power to provide every car with additional protection as the country’s traffic regulations become more stringent. The government has mandated that all vehicles carry a tamper-proof High-Security Registration Plate (HSRP) to increase safety.
The deadline for the same has already been moved from March 31 to April 30 by the Maharashtra government. You’re at the correct place if you want to apply online for the same position.
Charges
Before getting into the details, it’s important to understand the pricing range of these plates. The HSRP price varies according to the vehicle’s category and kind. The pricing often falls within the Rs 531–Rs 879 price range. Along with additional snap lock fees, the customer must additionally pay GST.
