Dhoni’s daughter shared pictures on Instagram about how her dad saved the life of the bird. Dhoni with daughter Ziva and wife Sakshi helped the bird who went unconscious. The Dhoni family found the bird in an unconscious condition in their lawn.
“Today in the evening on my lawn I saw a bird lying unconscious. I shouted for papa and Mumma. Papa held the bird in his hand and made her have some water. After some time it opened its eyes. All of us were very happy“, she captioned the pictures.

The bird that Dhoni family bought back to life is Crimson-breasted Barbet also called Coppersmith. Dhoni who is in his Ranchi farmhouse these days is spending some time with family amidst pandemic and lockdown. He was expected to come back in IPL 2020 which is now deferred.
