The fast-food restaurant chain, Domino’s, has introduced, what they are calling, The Unthinkable Pizza, something entirely made of plant-based protein.
The plant-based proteins, that the Unthinkable Pizza is made of, make it entirely vegetarian. But the company claims that it would still have the sensory properties of chicken thus luring both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

For the unaware, plant protein is simply a meaningful food source of protein sucked out from plants. This group can include pulses, tofu, soya, tempeh, seitan, nuts, seeds, certain grains and even peas.
The new kind of Pizza, as of now, is available across restaurants in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore.
