Amidst the atmosphere of tension and panic created by Coronavirus, a relieving news has come from China. China on Wednesday reported its lowest number of new coronavirus cases since late January.
This decline has given weight to the prediction by medical advisors who said it would be over by April. Zhong Nanshan China’s foremost medical adviser, however, said that the numbers of new cases were falling in some provinces, and forecasted that the epidemic would peak this month.
“I hope this outbreak or this event may be over in something like April,” added Zhong. So far the virus has killed over 900 people and left close to 44,653 effected. The Chinese officials reported 2,015 new confirmed cases on Tuesday, lowest since 30th January.
