With Bangladesh seeming in control of the run chase at one stage, going on the ground with only five bowlers seemed a catastrophe India had committed until Deepak Chahar’s maiden hat-trick ruthlessly bundled the visitors to seal a 2-1 series win.

Iyer Shines, Dhawan Go Past 1,500 Runs
Consisting of 5 sixes, this was Iyer’s maiden T20I half-century. KL Rahul (52) slammed his sixth career T20I fifty.
Dhawan’s 19 in the first innings took him past 1,500 runs in T20I mark. The southpaw is now only the fifth batsman to achieve the feat.

Mohammad Naim, Only Help Bangladesh Had
Naim was the best performer for Bangladesh as he hammered 81 of just 48 balls. He is now the highest scorer in T20I against India for Bangladesh. He shared a 98-run stand alongside Mohammad Mithun (27) for the third wicket.
Maiden T20I Series Win For India In 2019
Notably, this was India’s first T20I series win on the Indian soil this year. This was also India’s 11th match against Bangladesh and India’s 10th victory against the tigers.
Shivam Dubey who made his debut in the first T20I claimed his maiden T20 wickets in his third match.
