Continuing the run-fest on Day 2 of the 1st test match against South Africa at Vizag Mayank Agarwal hit his maiden test ton. The opener along with Rohit Sharma stitched a 240 odd runs partnership for the 1st wicket at the time of getting his hundred.

Agarwal, who is playing his 5th test already has 3 fifties to his name. The ton puts a stamp on Agarwal’s role as a Test opener for India. The opener has scored piles of runs in the domestic circuit earning him a test call to the national side.
Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma who scored a ton yesterday carried on his form on Day 2 and scored 150. India is in a commanding position in the 1st test.
