Dandruff can thrive in any environment which gets annoyingly a lot in summers and monsoons. It is because of the humidity and sweating. However, winter may invite an itchy and dry scalp with a dash of dandruff.
Although there is no proven way to completely eradicate is from our heads, there are certain home remedies to help you minimise it.
1. Neem Paste
Neem is already one of the most popular natural remedies that sort a lot of common health issues. When it comes to dandruff, it helps to clean your scalp while it clears clogged pores. This effect also improves hair growth giving you volume and length altogether. Apply some neem paste on your scalp and remove it with lukewarm water to get impactful results.
2. Amla Powder with Yoghurt
Also known as Indian Gooseberry, Amla is a huge source of Vitamin C that serves as a multifold skincare product. If you want to eliminate dandruff from your head with its help, then get some powdered Amla to your rescue. Put it in some yoghurt to make a paste that needs to apply to your head. Keep it for 10 to 30 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water and mild shampoo.
3. Curd
Curd is the most effective way to get rid of dandruff. Though it can be very messy, it is always going to be the easiest solution to give your hair some love. Not only it is effective in reducing dandruff, it also helps nourish your hair. Apply some curd to your hair and scalp followed by washing it off with mild shampoo after half an hour.
