What’s Exempt from the Fee?
Not every purchase will have this fee. Here’s what’s excluded:
- Gift card purchases (physical and digital)
- Orders through Amazon Business, Bazaar, Amazon Now, and Amazon Fresh
- Digital services: mobile recharges, bill payments, ticket bookings, subscriptions
- Orders with other processing or exchange fees already applied
- Pay on Delivery orders (for now, unless policy changes)
