Online Application Procedure

  1. Go to the NSDL Website: To begin, go to the NSDL website.
  2. Fill Out Form 49A: Select the appropriate category and fill out Form 49A with accurate personal information.
  3. Upload Documents: Upload the parents’ pictures, the child’s proof of age, and any other required paperwork.
  4. Parent’s Signature: The form just requires the parent’s signature.
  5. Pay the cost: To complete the application, a cost of Rs 107 is required.
  6. Track Application: Following submission, a receipt number will be given so that the status of the application may be monitored.
  7. Verification and Delivery: The PAN card will be mailed in 15 days following verification.

  2. Attach Documents: Enclose the required paperwork along with two pictures of the child.
  3. Submit at NSDL Office: Bring the form and the required payment to the NSDL office that is closest to you.
