Parting ways from satellites and everything undeeded that humans send into space, people in 2021 are sending samosa into space. But unfortunately, the dream of the samosa to orbit the earth shattered as it crashed landed to find some ground.

In a bizarre story, an eatery manager in the UK managed to launch the said samosa into space, which later crash-landed in France. The restaurant named ‘Chai Walla,’ one of the best in Bath, managed to achieve the feat in their third try.

The owner of the restaurant, Niraj Gadher, said that with the idea, he wanted to send some cheer among people.“I said as a joke once that I would send a samosa into space, and then I thought during these bleak times we could all use a reason to laugh,” he was quoted as saying.
Gadher said that this was the third time he has tried sending the samosa into the same. While the first time the balloons slipped from his hands, the second time they “did not have enough helium”.

Gadher has tucked a Go-Pro camera and a GPS tracker to the balloon to track its journey. However, GPS lost signal sometime after the launch. But later in the day, the GPS reactivated and revealed that the balloon had crash-landed in a field in Caix, Picardie, France.

“The feedback is that it’s bought a lot of laughter from people and that’s what we wanted really, to spread joy,” Gadher told Somerset Live.
