After devasting few months, Italy has once again begun to get back on its feet as the country reopens its borders and eases travel restrictions. Also, there is one more reason why you may want to visit Italy very soon.

Cinquefrondi, though aesthetic, is like any Indian town from where the youth migrates to bigger cities in search of jobs. The idea of inviting new residents has been proposed by the Mayor of the town under the idea named Operation Beauty.
He recalls how he grew up in Germany but his love for the place has brought him back here. He now wants to save the land and fill the empty houses that have been that way for ages.
The mayor says that though the houses will be available for $1, they might need some restoration. Also, the restoration must be done within a period of three years by the owners.
The buyer would have to give up if they fail to renovate the home within the said time frame. Also, the town also requires an annual €250 policy insurance fee until work on their home is complete.

Also, if you fail to renovate in the given time, you will have to pay a whopping €20,000 as fine. But, anyways, three years for a home renovation? That’s a lot of time in your hand.
