With the commencement of lockdown 3.0, a list of activities and services, which were not allowed to operate earlier, have now been allowed to commence. In the list, liquor shops have also been allowed to open in all the zones with certain conditions intact.

The liquor shops can open in all zones but not containment zones. Only standalone liquor shops are allowed to open till 7 P.M. Also, only 5 people are allowed at the shop at a time and they should be maintaining social distance.

In Kerala and Punjab, liquor shops are not allowed to open. In West Bengal, liquor shops can open only in the Green zones.
